What to Expect

Screen Print vs. Embroidery vs. Vinyl

Choosing the right medium for decorating apparel is based on several factors, the most significant being Quantity of Items, Design Complexity, and Garment Material. While each medium varies, the overall process is the same.

Screen Print

We use top-rated screen printing equipment to get your job done when and how you need it. There is a 20 piece minimum for custom printed jobs. Pricing is based on garment style and quantity, number of locations, and the number of colors used in the design.

Embroidery

In order to sew, artwork needs to be digitized, or translated into a machine-readable format, which we do in-house. There is no minimum quantity for embroidery. Pricing is based on garment style and quantity, number of locations, and stitch count.

Vinyl

For simple designs or small quantities of items, we often substitute high-quality heat-transfer vinyl for screen printing. Pricing is based on garment style and quantity, number of locations, and the number of colors used in the design.
